Because your spa services are reserved for you, we recommend arriving 15  minutes early for your appointment. To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card, gift certificate number, or prepayment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit of 50% of the service(s) booked will be required to book an appointment. For all services, we require 24 hours notice in the event of cancellation of spa treatments.

Gift Cards are available for specific services or for any dollar amount. You may purchase Gift Cards online, in person or over the phone. Phone purchases require credit card payment & can be mailed to you or to the recipient. Gift Cards are non-refundable & may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase.

Children for their safety & for our guest’s relaxation, children are welcome only when they receive services & with adult supervision.

Gratuity

Gratuity is your way of thanking us for a job well-done! Customary gratuity is 15%-25%. It is per personal discretion.

Le Blanc Day Spa would like all guests to have the most tranquil experience possible when visiting our spa. Le Blanc Day Spa is a cell phone free zone. Please keep yours on silent or vibrate. We kindly ask that if you carry your PDAs or computers, they remain switched off and that you refrain from smoking while you’re here.
